Head chef 100%

Bistro Muzeum Susch is looking for a chef who will strengthen our team and prepare delicious meals for our visitors. The responsibilities of the chef include preparing recipes, creating menus and preparing high-quality dishes. Position: 100%.

- Preparing recipes and obtaining all necessary ingredients
- Timely preparation and appealing food presentation
- Adaptation to the needs and wishes of the customers (e.g. in case of lactose or gluten intolerance)
- Monitor food inventory, place orders and pick up deliveries if needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area

- Proof of professional experience as a cook 
- Ability to remain calm and take on various tasks 
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes 
- Culinary school certificate preferred
