Each Friday and Saturday evening we serve dinner from 19:00. There’s a 3 course menu, changing every week always with a vegetarian option. We are always open to changing the menu for a smaller version or extended fit or the bigger appetite.
If you are visiting the museum before dinner, please feel welcome to join us for an apero at our bistro until your table is ready.
Our philosophy is to be as close as possible to our region. All our ingredients are coming from local providers and farmers, who are working in harmony with nature and protecting biodiversity. Therefore, the products and providers will be changing seasonally according to availability.
